EUR and GBP were higher in the morning, but came back close to unchanged at 1.1320 and 1.5248, respectively. AUD followed a similar trajectory despite some encouraging data, and was close to unchanged at 0.7767. NZD was 0.2% higher at 0.7421, while JPY weakened 0.2%, with USDJPY climbing to 119.65. KRW weakened 0.7% to 1097.01, while MYR weakened 0.5% to 3.5985. The PBoC fixed USDCNY 20 pips higher at 6.1315, but USDCNH fell to 6.2460.
