A choppy morning for the euro after it opened at $1.2734 today and following its $1.2641 to $1.2749 US trading range overnight. It started the day in a $1.2728/35 range and then got a lift to a $1.2755 high, as the US dollar lost its early bid tone and offers then weighed down the US currency vs. majors. The euro gains however, were also shortlived, and euro-dollar dipped back toward the opening lows soon after. It marked $1.2720 as the low, before another rebound then started, this time taking the pair to $1.2744. Euro-dollar continued to seesaw through the rest of the morning but remained within its initial trading range. It was last at $1.2751 with its move this morning havingrun through some rumored offers at $1.2750 although there are said to be more offers still in place up through $1.2755. A further move up through $1.2755 is expected to see further selling interest near the $1.2800 mark
