The pair started in Asia this morning at $1.3383 after last night’s $1.3333 to $1.3387 range during the US hours. Euro-dollar witnessed several dips to $1.3380 in early dealings but bounced off that several times. The upside was however also initially limited to $1.3388 as offers near $1.3390 capped the recovery attempts. Euro-dollar however broke marginally higher to trade $1.3392 as the aussie crumbled following the jobs report and euro-aussie was also boosted to a A$1.4424 high. Euro-dollar held on above $1.3385 through the rest of the session, and was last at $1.3385. Further offers are noted up to $1.3400, with large expiries also mentioned there, and stops then seen higher. Immediate support is seen at yesterday’s US low of $1.3333, which also marked a fresh low for 2014 so far.
