The Canadian remains pinned to a downside breakout point on the charts, as the strengthof the Dollar recovery is overwhelming many currencies this morning. The Canadian remains in a difficultfundamental position, as the bulls need better economic activity in North America and China to improve prospectsfor the Canadian Dollar, but seeing better activity in the US, probably temporarily adds to the downside in theCanadian Dollar. Like copper, the Canadian needs an improvement in Chinese expectations to begin to throw offthe down trend pattern.
