Dollar under pressures as fiscal issues got center-stage
Fears about a US government shutdown and/or technical default as the debt ceiling is almost reached put the dollar on the defensive. EUR/USD snapped a three session correction and might eye the post-FOMC highs. The calendars is rather uneventful, but technicals and “event” news could make it an interesting session today.
