(1,3450) The EUR/DOLL confirmed a very strong closing on Friday well above the resistance of the inside day at 1,3410 suggesting further strength that already favoured a retest of the 1,3480 level. Only a daily closing above 1,3487 will support higher levels!! The indicators of the daily chart are still well positive but missed yet to move higher above the previous tops; those of the weekly one are positive but showing potential negative reversals. The indicators of the s/t charts are mixed this morning suggesting some consolidation/ correction. Only an hourly closing below 1,3440 will support a deeper correction suggesting a retest of the 1,3400 now support area while the 200 hours line is found at 1,3344!! The EUR/DOLL looks well bid but in our view it’s too high, especially in a lot of crosses. We expect a firm correction!!
