USDJPY was largely steady around 116.6 ahead of the Abe’s press conference. Both AUD and NZD have continued to strengthen, the latter outperformed,pushing AUDNZD below 1.10. USDCAD also fell to 1.128 while EUR poppedhigher to 1.247. IDR outperformed amongst Asian EM FX, up 0.4% to 12161. Incontrast, KRW has weakened to 1098.4. USDCNH has dipped further to6.1237, at par to CNY spot, even as the PBoC guided the fix slightly higher to6.1430.
