The USD and JPY strengthened initially but have since lost ground. USDJPY dipped briefly below 108. AUD fell to a week low of 0.872 before rebounding to 0.876, while EUR was sideways at 1.265. In EM Asia, KRW pared losses to 1057 after opening near 1062. USDCNH tested above 6.13 before moderating to 6.1270. The PBoC kept the USDCNY fix largely steady at 6.1467.
