The forint still remains sensitive to external risks
The EUR/HUF remains still sensitive to external events and geopolitical risks particularly. Recall we saw some selling on the bond market by foreigners, which pushed yields and the EUR/HUF pair up. Nevertheless The 317 EUR/HUF level still an important resistant level which stopped HUF weakening two times since the beginning of August, while on the strong side 312 means strong support of the HUF. But we have to highlight that 50-day moving average is now at 312.5, which can limit further the strengthening of HUF.
