The pair sank to another 2014 low of $1.2860 during Tuesday’s session before it recovered some ground to open at $1.2937 this morning in Asia. Early dealings were muted with euro-dollar slipping to an initial low of $1.2935 before rebounding again. The pair caught a minor bid tone as Asian markets got underway and it gained to $1.2952 before then running aground. Euro-dollar turned south again after that as the US dollar notched up persistent gains, retracing back toward its opening levels, to $1.2938. Losses continued in the late morning and euro-dollar sank further to a low of $1.2927. The pair last traded at $1.2932. Initial support has developed in since the NY afternoon at the $1.2902 level with small stops noted below. Topside stops are seen above $1.3000 today with selling interest noted $1.2980-00.
