After rallying in US trading, the USD has continued to climb against the yen to 105.25, but has given up some gains to the EUR to trade at 1.3125 and is flat vs. the AUD at 0.9274. However, almost all EM Asia currencies have weakened. The IDR and MYR have underperformed, falling 0.4% to 11,795 and 3.1885, respectively, to the dollar. USDKRW has risen to 1020.5. The CNH has been an exception, appreciating slightly against the USD to 6.15 despite the USDCNY fix rising 13pips to 6.1697, its highest level since early June.
