Last week’s soft dairy auction result, and a monster Marchquarter for the construction industry, add to the pluses andminuses that RBNZ Governor Wheeler will be consideringas he approaches Thursday’s Monetary Policy Statement.On balance we continue to think that expectations for asignificant downgrade in the RBNZ’s interest rate forecastswill be disappointed.
