Market movers today
* Financial markets will again be looking for clues about timing of tapering and possible strengthening when Fed chairman Ben Bernanke speaks late tonight.
* In Germany we expect only a slight improvement in the ZEW economic sentiment in November, nonetheless still suggesting stronger growth in Q4 in Germany.
* In Germany CDU/CSU and SPD will today resume negotiations about a grand coalition. Chancellor Merkel has said she hopes the negotiations can be concluded before the end of November.
* OECD is scheduled to release new economic forecasts at 13:00 CET.
* In Norway we expect GDP growth to have been relatively resilient in Q3 despite slow private consumption weakening the case for a rate cut.
