Market movers today
* ECB president Mario Draghi will speak at 14:30 in Frankfurt. Look for any comments on the low inflation print for October and scope for lower rates. He may not say much, though, until the press conference on Thursday after the whole governing council has discussed the rate decision. ECB’s Constancio and Asmussen will also be speaking today.
* In the US ISM non-manufacturing for October (16:00) is expected to be broadly flat after last month’s big decline.
* Fed’s Lacker (non-voter, hawk) will speak tonight at 19:15.
* In Sweden focus today will be on service data and two speeches by Riksbank board members.
