EUR/USD retested support to close below the key 38.2% and then the 200-DMA also – initial res at $1.3148, but bears found support just above 50.0% of $1.2755-1.3452, still support at $1.3103. Ahead of here, initial support at $1.3116, the daily Bolli base. Daily studies remain bearish but are becoming oversold, however weekly studies are only just reversing lower so downside risks remain, the Jul 2012 support line is now key support at $1.3080.

GBP/USD now back above $1.5600 after ending below yesterday, however posted another higher high and low to continue to add upside pressure. Studies remain bullish and 10-day momentum looks to complete a bull-cross buy-signal, initial resistance at $1.5636 – the 55-week MA. Above here, further res at $1.5650 which is 76.4% of the recent move from $1.5718-1.5429 and next res should be key – 100-week MA and daily Bolli top at $1.5689/95, respectively.

USD/JPY slips back below the Y100.00 level after closing above yesterday, bulls will look to hold above yesterday’s low, initial support at Y99.57, but bears will aim to retest the daily Ichimoku cloud top at Y99.29 and attempt to close back in the cloud. The pair remains bullish while above the May 22 trendline – however monthly studies continue to suggest they are overbought. Initial resistance is seen as the daily Bollinger band top at Y100.27
