* Markets: EU/US equities modestly in the red on weekend comments from ECB’s Coene and as newswires report a possible challenge to the German Constitutional Court’s ESM ruling, CHN bourses also a little softer early Tuesday but most of Asia in the black.
* FRA: Current account deficit widens EUR0.9bn to EUR4.9bn in June.
* NOR: Retail sales down 1.1% mom in June, below mkt, up 7.4%yoy.
* GRE: GDP contracts 6.2% yoy in Q2, above mkt.
* UK: RICS house price balance falls 2pts to -24 in July.
* JPN: Tertiary activity index rises 0.1% mom in June, above mkt.
* NZL: Retail sales rises 1.1% qoq in Q2, volumes up 1.3% qoq, above mkt
* AUS: NAB business conditions index falls 2pts to -3 in July, but confidence index rises 7pts to +4.
* AUS: Vehicle sales fall 0.8% mom in July, up 5% yoy.
