The Canadian is technically oversold and perhaps a measure of fundamentally oversold. However, the fate of the Canadian Dollar sits mostly with the US Dollar and in turn with the relative strength orlack of strength in US claims and or US payrolls. Pushed into the market we would be long, as estimates forclaims is for a minor decline and US payrolls don’t look to provide the Dollar with more range up action ahead.
