The Canadian saw a fresh lower low overnight and that suggests the path of leastresistance remains down technically. Fundamentally it is difficult to discount the potential impact on the Canadian economy from the uncertainty in emerging markets and China, but the trade also thinks that the Canadianexchange rate might have to fall even further to bail out a struggling Canadian condition. The path of leastresistance is pointing downward.
