(1,2925) EUR/AUD confirmed another strong closing on Friday suggesting further direct strength toward next resistance at 1,3030 where we expect decent resistance and form where we may see a return toward 1,28!! The indicators of the daily chart are still well positive as well as those of the weekly one supporting further strength. The indicators of the s/t charts are mixed this morning suggesting some consolidation. Only an hourly closing below 1,2890 will however favour a correction suggesting a retest of the 1,28 area! While above the support one has to expect instead a direct move up toward a potential target at 1,3040!! We stay on the sideline but believe the cross is too high.
