AUD/USD: Overall Focus Remains Topside. The 21-DMA remains the key support for the AUD/USD with initial support now seen at the Dec 13 lows. While the pair remains above the 21-DMA overall focus remains on potential fresh 2012 highs with a close above the Dec 12 high needed to kick start topside momentum. A close below the 21-DMA would shift focus back to the Nov monthly lows.

NZD/USD: Focus Remains Higher For Now. The pair managed fresh 2012 highs to end the week, closing just below with the initial focus now shifting to retests of the Aug 31 2011 highs at $0.8568. Initial support remains at the Dec 12 lows with a close below needed to relieve the immediate topside pressure while a close below the 21-DMA is needed to end the current leg of the uptrend in play since mid Nov.

AUD/JPY: Fresh 2012 Highs Not Far Off. AUD/JPY continues to work its way towards the next major layer of resistance which represents the 2012 high set back in March. Overall, while the 21-DMA continues to support focus will remain on the Sept 2008 monthly high around the Jpy90.70-75 region. A close below the Jpy87.70 level remains needed to relieve the immediate topside pressure.
