Technical damage on the charts, word of a delay in the US moving forward on the Keystone pipeline issue and news of a human avian flu case in Canada would seem to leave the path of least resistance in the Canadian pointing downward. In fact, the only favorable factor for the Canadian to start this morning is initial weakness in the Dollar. The bears should retain an edge, especially into the FOMC meeting on Wednesday.
