The Canadian really benefited from a middle of the road US non-farm payroll result last week as that prompted short covering in the Canadian and it showed that a major trading partner of Canada wasstill generally in a recovery mode. We would not be surprised to see a recovery bounce back toward 87.44 whichis down trend channel resistance but we don’t see the justification for a major bottoming in the Canadian Dollar.
