A distinct failure and reversal overnight shifts the technical picture in the Pound in favor of the bear camp. Apparently the Pound wasn’t able to benefit from impressive UK construction data as the SeptemberPound has fallen down to the lowest level since March in the overnight trade. However, we think it is unwise topress the short side of the Pound in the wake of evidence of ongoing growth in the UK.
