CAD Mid-day Analysis

The Canadian has corrected significantly from the early July highs and one might expectthe currency to find some support from reports that China boosted fiscal spending in June by 26% relative to yearago levels. Obviously the Canadian was undermined by the weaker than expected Euro zone data, but action inthe Dollar and economic sentiment in China should be more important to the Canadian Dollar trend. Using anormal corrective count in the September Canadian, off the June and July rally, suggests that support should besolid down at 92.84.
