Aussie also witnessed a narrow session today in the Asia-Pacific after it opened at $0.9368 this morning, just below the $0.9371 low seen during the US session, and then made an early high of $0.9373. Aussie-dollar has been heading south since then, dropping to a $0.9354 low as risk appetite deteriorated. It managed to find mild support off $0.9350 and inched higher from around mid-morning but momentum has been lacking. The aussie was last at $0.9361. A break below $0.9350 is likely to signal further losses for the aussie though there has been reported demand sitting just above that, while further demand is noted near the post-FOMC low of $0.9322, at $0.9320. A close below the 55-day moving averag at $0.9329 signals a deeper correction in the offing with focus then shifting to the 200-day ($0.9193). Stops are noted below $0.9320 and$0.9300 with topside stops noted above the $0.9461 2014 high.
