This saw the aussie pulled lower with the pair having found support before closing in NY at $0.9373. Itstarted in Asia trapped in a tight $0.9370 to $0.9384 range with minor bids and stops cited in $0.9360/50 holding the pair up since last night. THe key even risk for the morning, the RBA minutes, passed without any major moves with aussie just gaining a few points to $0.9388 a few minutes after. The RBA reiterated it is not closing off the possibility of reducing the cash rate further if needed to support sustainable growth even as the impact of its record low cash rate of 2.5% continued to be evident. Aussie-dollar was last at $0.9373, holding a generally stable tone ahead of the start of the European session today.
