Stock markets are at critical points of their cycles. Subtle changes in mass human behaviour occur at this time of the year and so the next few weeks should determine whether stocks are ready to collapse directly or whether we have one more leg higher. The March lows are the key pivot level in developed markets. Taiwan, Korea and India remain the best long term “buy on weakness” markets.
