GOLD ANAYLYSIS
Precious metals are trading mixed early in the Asian session, with gold a touch lower. Volumes are likely to remain light as many trading desks in the different parts of the world remain thinly staffed ahead of the year-end.
OIL ANALYSIS
Oil prices have good resistance to the upside at $103.37/bbl, despite Tuesday’s rally by front-month West Texas Intermediate crude, which closed above $100/bbl for the first time in two weeks.

Chinese stocks fell to a fresh 33-month low to lead Asian markets further down Tuesday, with losses spread across sectors in thin trading and tight liquidity conditions.
European Stocks Close Higher
European stocks closed higher in holiday-thinned trading Friday, helped by energy stocks such as BP PLC and drug shares like Roche Holding AG.
