Employment rose 24.1K in October, reversing the September fall, with full-time jobs up 33.4K. Unemployment rate edged higher to 6.24%, pushed up by the participation rate rising to 64.6% from 64.5%. Total number of jobs created in past seven months is only 32K, and annual employment growth up just 0.9%yoy.
