* The Producer Price Index rose by a solid 1.3% in QIII following a flat result in QII.
The RP Data-Rismark series indicates that dwelling prices rose by 1.3% in October to be a solid 7.9% higher through the year. Over the month, house prices rose by 1.4% and unit prices grew by 0.8%. The housing boom continues, though it should be noted that nationally house prices are not that much above their 2010 peak.
