Brazil:              Industrial production decline of 0.2% mom in August was in line with market forecast
Colombia:        CPI data for September will be published today; we expect the data to show that headline inflation was 0.03% mom last month
Mexico:            The latest market survey shows that the average inflation forecasts for September are 0.28% for headline and 0.29% for core, right in line with our own forecasts

Europe, Middle East and Africa
Poland:            The Monetary Policy Council is due to announce its policy rate decision today
Russia:             Both headline and officially measured core inflation fell sharply in September, creating room for cuts in repo rates; net capital outflows rebounded in Q3 2011
Ukraine:           The government raised over $100mn from its inaugural issues of dollar-indexed domestic debt yesterday; the stock of gross external reserves fell by over $3bn in September

Non-Japan Asia
Philippines:     At 4.8% yoy (0.2% mom), September’s CPI inflation was marginally lower than the consensus expectation
