Bonds have some marginal gains left in them with the Bund exhibiting an ending diagonal. Technical developments suggest that the US Dollar will continue to rally with stocks and gold continuing to fall. However, the US equity market put call ratio suggests bearishness is becoming relatively high in the short term.
